Do you know what kind of life you want to live? I thought I did. I thought I knew what I wanted my life to be. I thought I had everything under control, but more and more I was finding myself overwhelmed and stressed. I've been stretched too thin. I've been allowing life to pass by in a blur, allowing things to happen to me, instead of taking deliberate action.
But now it's time to take control, to create an intentional life.
I'm taking a step back and discovering what's most important to me, uncovering my values, making sure my actions are aligned with my goals.
For the next 31 days, I'm making a commitment to live every day with intention. To actively choose what thoughts fill my mind, my attitude, the impression I leave upon others. From finances to food and love to laughter, I'm looking forward to seeing where the journey takes me. I'd love to have you come along!
